All HotDealz orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Parce Force.
We are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to and arriving at your designated delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery on receipt.

NB: We currently only deliver to the UK.

Postage is calculated on the overall weight of the order and not per item. All deliveries are charged by weight (in grams) as follows:

Conditions:

• All parcels under 2kg (2000g) will go via Royal Mail.
• Over 2kg for most of the UK, parcels will go via courier.
• Over 2kg and not exceeding 20kg some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and cannot go via Courier, they are calculated to go via Parcels2Go or Royal Mail First Class (which ever is the cheaper). The full list of postcodes affected are shown below.
• Channel Islands Jersey/Guernsey JE and GY codes over 2kg can only go via Royal Mail First Class.
• Parcels2Go can be a maximum of 1.5m long and not exceed 4 cubic feet.
• Royal Mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.
• Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.

• All IV codes (Postage as above plus £7)
• All KW codes (Postage as above plus £7)
• PA codes 20 to 49, 60 to 78 (Postage as above plus £7)
• PH codes 17 to 26, 30 to 44, 49 to 50 (Postage as above plus £7)
• All HS codes (Postage as above plus £7)
• KA codes 27 and 28 (Postage as above plus £7)
• All ZE codes (Postage as above plus £7)
• All BT codes (Postage as above plus £12)
• All IM codes (Postage as above plus £12)
• TR codes 21 to 25 (Postage as above plus £12)
• All GY and JE codes, for orders under 2kg are standard Royal Mail cost, the same as anywhere else in the UK.
• Over 2 kg the order would go Parcel Force Euro 48hr at £20
