Where do you deliver to?
At the moment we only deliver to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

What are your delivery charges?
All deliveries are based on the combined weight of all items in your cart. Each product description shows the exact weight of the item and the total delivery weight/cost of your order can be checked on this page.

I can't see whether you have stock of the item I'm interested in.
We generally carry the vast majority of items in stock. On the odd occasion when we haven't got stock you will have the choice of either waiting for the item to come back into stock or receiving a complete refund. You can also contact us to determine stock availability before placing an order by clicking here.

How are the orders sent?
For your own safety, all orders (apart from eBooks) are dispatched via registered post using either Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Orders are always sent within 1-2 working days of the order being received by us.

Is my information secure?
Totally. We never share your information with any else. All payments are processed by either PayPal or Nochex and we have no access to your credit/debit card details. For more information about how we handle your personal details, such as name and address, click here.

Does the price shown include VAT?
We are a small business that is not currently registered for VAT. The price shown is the price that you will pay!

Can I contact someone if I have a question or there is a problem?
Yes, we can be reached on 07770 332 761. We can't promise that there will be someone there at all times to answer your questions, however, you will be able to leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is the meaning of life?
Unfortunately, we can't answer that question. Some theorists believe it is "42" however we have no substantive proof to confirm this.
