I initially chose to use the site because of the low prices and the usability of the site, however I would use the site again due to the customer service provided. David Bowen was very helpful throughout the process of the 2 orders I made, and replied to my queries promptly, explaining all possible options clearly. There was a small mix up with one of the orders (due to the fact that the item was not in stock when the order was made), however this was solved within hours of my inquiry, and was dealt within the initial time period stated.

Just found your website by accident when I was searching for pre-school puzzles. What a fantastic site it is and the prices just amazing!! Had a few problems with my payment through paypal but David solved these quickly. Also as I was ordering a large number of items we had a problem with the availability but once again I was contacted by phone and a solution was found. This is certainly a company with excellent customer service and we will definately use it again. Highly Recommended!!!

I saw the electric shaver I wanted in Argos for £120. A check on "Froogle" came up with HotDealz as the cheapest supplier at £80 inc p+p. I paid by PayPal on Thursday evening, the goods were dispached on Friday ( I guess) and certainly in my lap first thing on Monday morning!
Excellent service and rock bottom prices! Well done David.
